XI View V2.2.1 (Sept, 1, 2017) - [USER INTERFACE]

Just to update everyone, pretty sure the March 17th update has borked Xi View, I'll work on fixing it at some point tomorrow, I don't suggest using it in the meantime.

@Mystic - there was some talk about an addon that actively redirected the icon call to a destination of your chosing, I'm not sure whatever happened to it though.

I reused old GUI cause basically I am too use to pretty screens and not ugly ass screens.  The only thing I noticed broken on mine was my Job Points is completey deleted of the list. To where I can't access it to use them.

This is pretty much what I expected to happen unfortunately!

Caradog, well we should look into that then. Could be cool to have the icons update via windower.

Yea i went over with the old UI and lost job points from menu,

i used the back up copy but still have no job points tho :/

The back up copy from an old version won't help you, as the files are from prior to it being added.

Use the file check on ffxi from the Pol Menu

yea tried that and did not work so i removed Rom file and updating it now,

Not sure it will work but figured id try.

When file checking, did you ensure to change it to check FFXI? Because by default, it checks POL instead

ill try it after the update im currently at 40mins because im pretty sure i just went with the default pol check,

I do beleive that these dats break fishing, I dont get the fish HP bar or the arrows or anything, in fact the rod doesnt move either. dunno if its the dats or something else. just giving you a heads up.

Will test it myself later to see if I can discern what the issue is

Not sure what the issue you're having is but its not connected to Xi View, I'm fishing normally on my char

That patch fixed my job points on list. Thanks a bunch for quick fix Car.

OP updated. Hey Cara, when you do these updates, they are still "full" package ones right? Not just update roms? Making sure I label it right. Also silly me, I kept forgetting to update the topic name in the past heh.

The way stuff is structured with Xi View, basically have to make a full package or it won't work (since you need to work off the base .dats I get from the update).

So yea, all my stuff will be a full package =D
