Windower error

First time posting on here, although I've been using windower for ages. 

I'm hoping someone here can help me figure out why I'm constantly getting this error.

After being logged in for a while (30 minutes or more) I begin to get an error "Windower Launcher has stopped working" It pops up

and I have to clear it. Everything in the game and windower still continue to work perfectly, I just get the error over and over.

Disabling all plugins/addons does not seem to affect anything.

Are you multiboxing and using the update addon?

I am nearly always multiboxing. However, I didn't think I was using update but I apparently did turn it on at some point. Disabled it now, hopefully that is the culprit.

If it is, what about that addon causes this problem?

I'm honestly not sure, I didn't get into debugging it much. I suspect it's related to two instances trying to update at the same time and screwing each other up somehow.

You can keep the addon enabled, but disable automatic updates for all but one character, then it should work. To do that type //update auto off then //update save, which will save that for all characters. Then type //update auto on on your main character only and it will automatically save that option only for that character (//update save saves the current settings for all characters).
