XI View V2.2.1 (Sept, 1, 2017) - [USER INTERFACE]

Mighty Guard and some of the BLU spells are missing from the 51.dat Caradogg.

Yea I saw those, also in a previous update it'd skipped my attention but they've altered the Steps 5+ icon on the default client, are there any Dncs with JPs able to tell me what the icon for steps over 5 look like now?

Its looking like they've altered the way they store new icons they make, they don't seem to appear correctly in the current version of IconChanger (3.3?)

Will continue replacing them for now, if there's any problems could someone please gimme a heads up

They probably changed that icon when they added the 1200 JP gift for DNC, which adds 2 more steps.

Normally it's 5 steps. It gets up to 7 with the 100 (?) gift, and then 9 with the 1200 JPs gift.

At that point they might as well have updated the series completely to hold for 9 numbers instead than a silly "5+"

Thanks Aku, I know they updated it for the 5+ but its been changed since then - I'm not sure what they've done to it because its in the new format and extracting it leads to something that looks like this:

Dnc 5+

This is similar to the Rune icons and some of the newer icons (including the new 2hrs), this format seems either incompatible with the current version of IconChanger

I can't see any benefit to the new icon type, other than possibly higher quality (the Rune icons are definitely higher quality than most the other vanilla icons in the game)

I'd be very curious to see the vanilla at 6-7-8-9 steps if anyone could test that I'd appreciate it

Big update.. Lets just hope this is just the end of FFXI story content... not the game itself.. I just dont think i would make the move to FF14.. after so much blood and sweat from FFXI that would be lost.

Def the end of story content, hence the end credits; not the end of the game seeing as this update included only a part of the Aeonic weapons quests. Based on what people are saying regarding the requirements, plus the fact Pandemonium Warden UCNM is in the dats, the game is not over by a long shot.

Tried them, appears icons are working.

Is Menu Themes 1.0 Down or am I just using an old one?

I like the way they look tbh. I also believe there's a command to disable it.

Yup, *This effect can be toggled on and off with the "/jobmasterdisp on/off" text command.

I like having them on, they're just stretched because of windescreen. Plus they could be prettier.

Just a quick note - there's not a massive amount of change, I didn't spot any chance to the interface dat and there was only 3 new icons, with some minor wording changes

Yes, I've updated it since the patch, should be all good to go

Updated it for December 2015 update, a new icon was added.
