Macro Help - script

Hello everyone, for sure is the wrong section, i need help for something

i have a problem, everyone maybe is doing the new wildskeeper reive my problem is this, most of the times the fight are too long and when happends to late for me i usallly fall asleep and for example in yorcia wild, i die and after 1hr even when reraise up i will be kicked to MH.

All i wanna know, if is possible, that someone can create for me or everyone a script or a simple macro (since i'm not able to do it) that will raise me, for example can check if someone cast raise on me and after 20min i didnt raise already i will automatically raise, so i will not be kicked from raise and after 2-3hrs fight lost the reward. thank everyone that will answer

well i suppose noone will help me ty, but dont judge me for this since i've shout for 15hrs (before update) to setup a wkr in yorcia and after that i fall asleep died and warped. thanks have fun
