Scripting help

Hi I realise Im on thin ice here but what Im looking for is a command to auto ws.  Im killing Apex mobs solo and between my Yoran Oran healer, Amchuchu tank, Iroha II spamming SCs all over the place and Joachim hitting us with March, all Im really doing is pulling the mob and spamming ws.  Ive used a skillup script before but Ive lost it now or I would have tried to modify it.  I cant even remember which plugin/addon it was.  If anyone could help me out I would be very grateful.  Its still a long way to 1200jp.  I could then watch youtube vids while grinding and just pop back every couple of mins to pull a new mob.
