New to GearSwap, and It's not Swapping Gear

Problem solved. Fixed a few syntax errors and made sure I established the WS set and THEN create a character folder to place my file in.

      I'm just coming back to FFXI and found that Spellcast isn't supported. So now I'm trying to use GearSwap and I've got a file set up, but none of the gear swaps are happening. What have I done wrong here?
