Hi,

After the last update the Attainment plugin doesn't show abyssea time anymore so I took it as a chance to try pointwatch since it's an addon (I feel addons are better than plugins, idk why lol).

Everything looks great outside abyssea but the problem is when i zone in abyssea area I don't see any light's or my remaining time etc like the usual with Attainment plugin.

I tried to add abyssea to the file but I get error when I load it (line 145 or 154), Also I tried to fix the ID zone and still doesn't work.

Am I missing something here? or Abyssea timer/lights isn't supported yet?

I've been using Attainment for Abyssea and Dynamis for a long time and since the November update in Abyssea the lights are wrong, time and cruor do not update as they are gained. In Dynamis it updates correctly for the sands but not for the time.

I've never tried Pointwatch though, but I assume it's dependent on the same game data as Attainment.

I have a feeling that it's not supported yet in pointwatch.

Let's wait for Arcon or Iryoku.

I have no idea if Pointwatch supports this, you would need to ask Byrth.

I have sent a PM to Byrth on FFXIAH.com, I hope he will read this topic soon.

              Thank you, Iryoku.

Pointwatch should be able to handle the abyssea things as long as the string table offsets have been updated. One weakness of the addon is that it doesn't allow users to define display lines based on the zone (with the single exception of Dynamis). As I design more addons, I realize that things should be as uniform as possible.

I'll see what I can do about that design issue when I get back. You should be able to make the Abyssea lights display, though.

Thank you, Byrth for all the great addons you made for us. /bow

Till you fix the issue, Should I add the lights/spark values to the setting file between <default></default>?

                  I have added sparks value:

                  SP: ['..sparks.current..'/'..sparks.maximum..']

but I got lua error message:

pointwatch/statics.lua:145: bad argument #1 to 'setfenv' (number expected, got nil)

I don't know if I'm doing it right or not >.< sorry.

I think you'd need another ' after the ] at the end (and perhaps before the SP at the beginning?)

I'm using this and its working fine now:

                      ..' SP: ['..sparks.current..'/'..sparks.maximum..']'
