Thats probably cause your pol.exe is renamed to another thing, or you are playing on a private server. If you play on a private server just rename the exe you use to connect to pol.exe.

Yes, on Preferences > Depth Filter > Enable depth filter for spawns.

That's not me zooming it out, its doing it on its own when mobs first show up on radar.
I've had this issue for the longest time and never figured out why.

thats cause you don't have a data path, get the map pack and set the data path to where the ini file is, you don't need to enable the map pack but need to set the data path
