plug-ins not working on windows7

I just downloaded windower 4 and copy and paste the old plug-ins from my old windows folder now none of them seem to be working is there a switch I need to turn on?

ok just deleted the file and repasted it I saw it update at the start up screen but in game there is nothing no TP or distance

The old files won't work. When you start Windower.exe, click on "Plugins" and "Addons" and select which plugins or addons you want to use.
