Gear Collector Error: No free inventory space

Best Answer Arcon , 12 December 2013 - 12:37 AM

This should be fixed now. SE's emergency maintenance screwed it up, or rather they tried to fix a previous mistake that we had already fixed before :)

After the Dec. 10th Patch gear collector is now showing the Error

GearCollector: Error, No Free Inventory Space

Probably an easy fix but wanted to let you all know about the bug.

When did you last load POL? A fix for that was pushed a while ago. Also, are you on Windower 4.0 or 4.1?

I'm on 4, but I just reloaded it after I saw your post and it just updated spellcast and gear collector. I'm sure that will fix it.

        Thank you!

It loads fine but when it starts collecting and my mog safe is full it just stops and not do any thing until I tell it to //gc stop.

I don't know if i'm the only one facing the issue will appreciate any help. ty!!

A fix for that has been pushed a while ago. When did you last download it? Can you restart Windower and see if it downloads a new file?

            Thank you for quick answer.

I did restart to make sure before I post... got some updates downloaded but that didn't fix the issue. Is there any way I can check to ensure I received the update?

edit: It shows I have GC version 1.0.1.2

I've run into this problem as well.

I'm currently running Windower version 4.0 and Gear Collector version 1.0.1.2

I've tried restarting Windower but I didn't notice it downloading any new files/updates, although I suppose it's possible that it updated earlier and I simply didn't notice at the time. Please advise!

              EDIT:

I just tried running it again, and it seems to be working better. Previously when it would move items into my inventory and I hit 80/80 it would get stuck and be unable to move items into my sack/satchel/etc. to make room, but that seems to be working now. However if I try to run Gear Collector and I already have 80 items in my inventory I still get the "Error, no free inventory space" message. This is easily fixed by manually moving an item elsewhere, however. Is this working as intended?

                Version 1.0.1.2

                Windower 4

My gearcollector just fills the first tab it opens up and never takes anything out.

Ex.  The first tab it opens is my locker, it fills it to 80/80 and then just sits there, never moving anything into my inventory.

I have had the same problem today with this plugin. If my invent is full it gives me the "No free inventory space error". If my invent has space then gear collector will fill it up to 80/80 and then just stop, instead of moving unwanted gear across to my satchel or safe etc. When this happens i get this error : Access Violation in Handle Command Method. Have been using this plugin for a long time with no problems. I have the latest updates  and everything was running perfectly until the update a day ago.

                  Thank you in anticipation. :-)
