InfoBar was fixed a few hours ago. Attainment is still being looked into.

I'm still getting the "File appears to be corrupted. Please re-download" error.  I went on the legacy forums and downloaded the version again and it hasn't helped.  Any suggestions?

You need to download it from within the launcher (Windower.exe).

InfoBar was fixed a few hours ago. Attainment is still being looked into.

Saw it back last night.  Didn't realize how much I used it until it was gone.  Thanks for the fix

Hi and thanks for all your works guys , it's very much appreciated. I've reinstalled infobar since you guys released it and it works fine but since installing it i get random crashes when zoning. It mostly happened in jeuno. I've uninstalled it and no more crash.

Try to provide a crash dump for it please. Also, this is a separate issue and should go in its own thread, or more accurately, since it's a bug report, to our bug tracker.

Same thing here, random freeze (not crash) after zoning, also randomly just before choosing character.  Confirmed to be infobar.

How did you confirm that?

Infobar is working here providing I dont change zones. This is when single and dual boxing and happens on both instances 100% of the time when changing zones.

For the moment I'm just loading on demand, and it is great to see it working again

Not loading it fixed it.

This past week, I've been crashing a lot when I 2box and zone.  I wonder if it's an attainment issue?  It's the only plugin that I can think of that changed.

One week since I stopped using infobar, never froze once since.

I randomly dc when zoning even if not 2boxing.  Updated both Info and Attainment so not sure which it is.

Pretty sure it's InfoBar, iIt's a giant mess of code that mixes C, C++ and x86 ASM and reads packets, memory and process info and everything else you can imagine. Which is also why it's so hard to debug. Honestly, at this point everyone is working on something else, so I can't promise when we'll get to it, but we'll definitely try looking into it after some of this other stuff is finished.

Any chance for an InfoBar update to its database? Most new mobs show no info and I see the database hasn't been updated in a long time

Unlikely, as no one is willing to maintain it. We plan to adjust the FFXIDB plugin to do these functions.
