Spellcast question

Is there a way to have spellcast change gear automatically when a certain attack is used by a mob? For instance, I'm trying to learn BLU magic spells and have a SC set that gives me max BLU skill+ and the AF hands. But sometimes i dont see the attack and miss my chance to use the macro that swaps gear. So thought a spellcast that automatically did it for me, kind of like how it swaps gear when i cast a healing spell, would be helpful.
