Sandbox Plugin Missing?

Not sure exactly when, but I noticed an error message during load time, (and it took a few times to figure out what it was during the rapid console scroll,) and it seems that the Sandbox plugin was deleted somehow and the launcher is not repairing/replacing the files.

Is there any way to force Windower to redownload it or to download it separately/stand-alone?  I'm getting input/chatlog bleed again and it is annoying.

Bump.  Is there any method to force a download of a plugin like Sandbox if Windower thinks that it's already downloaded?  Hitting the toggle doesn't download anything like it would the first time.

I'm getting the error message during loading "(126) module not found" though I managed to redownload it thru Windower...
