Changing displaying name color of party and allies members

I was wondering if its possible to change the color, especially for allies, by an addon. I know this is possible via writting in memory, but dunno if it can be done with an addon, pretty sure its possible with a plugin tho.

It may be possible to do through packets, but honestly I don't think it's likely. I think it looks up colors client-side depending on certain conditions. We could probably expose a function that does it.

I tried it be checking the packets but I didn't find it, after changing the color in memory it won't change until you zone.
