Open windower\plugins\settings\timers.xml and change the fontName setting from Arial to something that supports Japanese, such as Meiryo.

I was away from ff11 since aug, and returned to discover that timers plug-in is unable to display JA/Spell name properly. I play on japanese client and all display as 口口口口; at the time when I went away, it would show the JA/spell by its english name.
Anyone has idea about what's causing this? and how to solve it? appriciate it. — _(._.)_
