Don't use the FFXI Config Tool, Windower will overwrite any settings you change there. Instead, open up launcher, and click the edit button (the pencil icon) at the bottom of the window. Then, click "Game" at the top, and change the "UI Scale" slider at the bottom.

Helllo, I recently am trying to return after a few month break. However, after installing and all that, I am running into an issue. I am unable to read any text after logging in. Any text in menus, chat log, character select screen etc is unreadable. I have tried to change the overly, background and menu settings in the ffxiconfig. I have been searching for hours trying to find a fix. I was able to read the text before I took a break. I play on a TV so the issue is it being large and also having text readable. Every time I attempt to change the menu overly, which I assume is to fix text boxes and such, windower resets the settings to nothing at launch. I am unsure what I should do next and am at a block. I have no intention of trying to play without windower unfortunately. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
