Dual Screen two characters.

Apologies if this has been asked before, but I am trying to use wincontrol to get my second account to display on my second monitor.

I have tried moving the positioning to -1920x1080 and keeping the resolution the same, but that just gets rid of the window entirely.

I am running two monitors both at 1920x1080, what command would shift my second account to my second screen?
