Ok I am an avid Windower user, have been for a long long time.  But as of this most recent update, my windower has gone completely insane.  By this I mean, when i log in, any charecter, fresh restart of pc, pc been on a few days, w/e it doesnt matter it will auto load EVERY single plugin and addon.  Even ones i do not want it to auto load.  This has caused crashes and even gone to the point of looking into ###### because of how bad it has gotten.  I figured a day or so it would of been fixed, but now its been a good little bit, and nothing, no updates and the problem is still there.  Trying to find a way show you the console so you see all the errors it throws up.

      Are you using plugin_manager?

Did you enable all plugins/addons in the Launcher?

Did you copy a foreign init.txt file into your Windower/scripts/ sub-folder?

I'm almost certain that this is not a Windower issue. Nothing relating to that has changed, and Windower isn't even aware of which plugins/addons you have on your hard drive, so it cannot just randomly start loading all of them. The only way to load them is if something tells it to. That's either the init.txt file, the autoload file (which is generated by the launcher) or an addon causing it (and plugin_manager is the only one I'm aware of that does that).

plugin_manager loads/unloads addons/plugins based on what you define in the settings file. You should go in there (Windower/addons/plugin_manager/data/) and enable/disable whatever you want. Then you can keep it loaded.

plugin_manager does seem to have a few issues lately.  See my post on recent consistent crashes.  I discovered that it doesn't like Timers being loaded individually, and I noticed it also doesn't reset the addons/plugins when switching to another character.

            That's not plugin_manager's issue though, but Timers's.
