Windower.exe in process list

So everytime for the past few days, I will start lagging due to excessive windower.exe opening itself up in my process list. My cpu usage and physical then go up and it makes the game unplayable. Ive tried malware bytes, fixexec.exe and even redownloading microsoft net framework. I performed a chkdsk on file c and nothing was wrong. What could be the problem of windower.exe creating multiple instances in my process list and then slowing down my laptop?

Yea I do how would i disable it
