I received this error in Windowwer when trying to load the addon Reive:

no file 'D:/FFXI Stuff/Windower4//addons/reive/chat.lua'
no file 'D:/FFXI Stuff/Windower4/addons/lib/chat.lua'
no file: './chat.dll'
no file 'D:/FFXI Stuff/Windower4//plugins/libs/chat.dll'
It appears those files and locations don't exist.
