Pin Timers?

      Hello.

       

      I was wondering if there was anyway to "pin" the buff timers above the chat box? Like it would be on the same "line" as the in-game clock but move up and down as the chat box minimizes or maximizes.

       

      Does such a thing exist and if so, how can I make this happen...? If not, I apologize. I WHM frequently and that seemed to be the way to solve the issue of "where" to put them.
