Timers colors

Im having some issues with the colors on timers, on recasts the color go from green to brown till the end (should be green > brown >red?) and on buffs sometimes its works ok and sometimes it stays always in red.

How exactly this should be working? Its customizable?

It hasn't yet been fixed because I'm reworking Timers (a lot). I should have it done by tomorrow.
