This is the closest forum I could find and hope its OK.
I developed two MS-Excel spreadsheets to help me with Final Fantasy XI. I'm providing them on an as-is-basis, but if you find a problem or want to suggest an improvement, I'm all ears. 
Also if you have some spreadsheets (or similar), you'd like to share, please do! Here goes. 
First:
Limited Time Challenge (LTC). This spreadsheet (while set for the US Central time zone (CST and CDT)) helps you determine when a specific LTC will occur.
Specific LTC: If you want to know when "Gain XP" will occur there is a table for this information. In fact, each individual LTC has its own entry.
Day / Time: If you want to see the week at a glance or a specific day of the week or time, well, its there.
NOTE: You can modify the spreadsheet to reflect other time zones. (I hope to automate this but thus far no one asked for it and I'm waiting before doing the work.)

Second:
Coalition Assignment Checklist. This spreadsheet helps you determine the assignments you're missing and thus preventing you from getting the various rewards (e.g. reduce time for imps (e.g. 4.5 hours), hold more imps (e.g. 18), and the many Key Items provided by Reja).
