Failed to connect to server

Hi,

I'm unable to connect to the Supernova server and wondering if this is a problem with the server or something to do with Windower itself. I've attached screenshots of the relevant info. Anyone else having issues?

It's unlikely to have anything to do with Windower. Try pinging 107.203.224.199 to see if it's reachable.

Pinged 107.233.224.199 in command prompt and it timed out. Must be server side. Thanks.

It may not be the server, it could be something between you and the server. You might try doing tracert 107.233.224.199 to see where the connection is failing. I wish you luck in getting it to work.
