Installed Windower 4 a little while ago, after the initial install it pretty much crashes instantly. Sometimes it takes up to 7 or 8 tries just to get to the profile manager, after that it's fine until it gets to the blue ffxi screen, then it freezes approximately 50% of the time. Sometimes the game likes to crash randomly, sometimes on zoning, sometimes when spellcast changes my armor, sometimes when someone sends me a tell. My last crash crashed both of my characters at the same time, which I've never had before. If it means anything, I originally installed it in F: but that made it impossible to even get to the profile manager so I had to install it in C:

Just have to ask...did you try:

            1. turning your computer off and back on again

            2. installing windower into something like c:\programfiles\windower4 directory

            3. right click and running as admin
