Quick help

Just curious, I've been looking around almost all day for the past week or so regarding the POL to FFXI crash error and not a single response to anything. The advanced members ask for a crash dump, then no response. I've messaged Iryoku and still have not gotten any sort of response. It's not as if this issue has just recently occurred, I'm just wondering why there has not been a solution for this. I've seen other post similiar crash dumps to mine regarding a FFXimain.dll or FFXi.dll issue with no fixes other than to restoring his or her computer. 

it could be that the devs are busy with real life it does happen from time to time(this is all done in there free time)

This issue has still been going on for about 2 years now lol

The simple answer is, we don't know what causes it. It happens to a relatively small percent of users, and we simply can't reproduce it. All of the crash dumps for these issues have lead to dead ends, and we're just not sure where to look. I'm sorry, you're having a problem, but there's not much we can do.
