My girlfriend just installed windower on her 8.1 laptop and for some reason, when she logs in, everything is really zoomed. She can't see the menus, and even when she zooms out all the way using the num keys, she can't see her characters legs. This also affects the character select screen as I had to tell her how many times to press down on the d-pad so that she could exit.
Her laptop has around a 15 inch screen which supports a default 1920x1080 resolution and windower correctly set it in the options. Even when we tried lowering the res to 1366x766 (like her old 15 inch laptop), she could still only see half of her menu.
She's really stressed about this and we're not sure what else we can try. Do you guys have any idea what might be causing this issue?

Edit: I actually managed to finally find another thread of someone having the same problem and things seem to be working now (we disabled the DPI scaling thing in the compatibility options).
