Alerts based on battle text

Is there an addon or plugin I can use to make Windower parse the battle log and output a text that I specified? Specifically, I want to see some of kind of messages displayed to party chat whenever a Enfeebling spell wears off since I dual box and can't pay attention to my support's battle log 100% of the time.
