Windower will not execute. picture included.

      When i try to run windower this happens:

      WINDOWS 7 64-bit

      I've already uninstalled and re-installed. Idk what the issue is because it was working last night. I did have some updates for my PC but i dont see why that would effect windower. Any help would e appreciated. thanks.

        After some googling, it would appear that the most likely causes of this error are:

        1. The .Net Framework 4.0 is not installed or corrupt. Uninstalling it and then reinstalling it with Microsoft's installer should fix this.
        2. You have a virus infection.
        3. A system component was removed. Running sfc /scannow in an administrator command prompt may be able to fix this.
