      Hi,I'm havingproblems withwindower.IfI start thepolofficerFPSare fixed at29/30(taking intoshadowsandhighatmospheric effects), if youusewindowerinsteadFPSranging from26you9(WHAT!?) How can Ifix this?

      I have:
      CPU-AMDPhenomIIX4Deneb
      Video Card- SapphireHD 68701GBDDR5
