addons not loading "file not found error

Currently the issue has been resolved. Some how there was a backup copy of the Windower4 file that I was not aware of , removed that fresh install and all is good.

      When loading or I try to manually load i get error of  no file found.

      I ran into to this a few days ago, addons will not load and can not be manual loaded. i have checked addon file in Windower file.

      I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Windower twice, in hopes to fix this issue.
