ive use windower for years got new comp tryd to install crashes every time
windows 8 no av no fw on not install in programx86 or w/e i just want to dual box like the good ole day thanks for any info

If it's crashing when you go from POL to FFXI (i.e. after clicking the "Play" button) then that's a very common Windows 8 related error that we currently don't know how to fix. See more details in this thread:
