Windower UI and Display Issue

I started clicking all over and was able to find my items so pretty much fixed it myself. B) Thank you everyone :)

       Hi, My issue is, When i change the UI in  Windower from 1.0 to 1.3 I actually get the size i am looking for how ever my mouse becomes un-usable. (I can't use the Mouse). There for i can't move addons or plugins like Ex: pointwatch and  or speedchecker. However it is weird i can still use the mouse to move the mini map (FFXIDB). On full scale UI 1.0 it works just fine but everything is miniaturized. Please Help me out. :huh:

    Are you using the software mouse?

    No. as mentioned before (above) everything works fine when i leave the UI in its original position of 1.0. It starts being unresponsive as i move the slider above 1.0 Ex. 1.1 -> . The problem is that at 1.0 everything looks miniaturized and the mouse wont work. But it does work on  FFXIDB's Minimap.
