Weird plugin/console issue

Getting a weird issue, not sure what's causing it.  I switched to RNG (a non-99 job) from BLU, I go to abyssea, and suddenly, half my windower commands don't work, insert for console doesn't work, I can't auto-RA, but I can still run commands using // stuff.  I don't know what's causing it.  It's happened to me twice now,and I don't know kind of error is causing it.  It says my addons/plugins are loaded when I say, try to //lua load AutoRA, or //exec int.txt, but I don't know if I have to zone out or relog to get things working again or what.

Just to reiterate the problem, and share more information, I can open and close the console with commands, and the binds are still listed when I type in the command that lists the binds, but for some reason, after some time of playing I'll just be unable to use ANY binds, including the console.  So it's not limited to the console, but also includes AutoRA, windower default binds, and custom binds.  Not sure wtf is going on here, it works normally, but after playing for awhile, they stop working.
