Spellcast forum

Can we get a separate spellcast subforum so that all the spellcast stuff can be in one spot?

We've decided to keep it consolidated to one general support section this time around.  People weren't terribly good at posting spellcast stuff in the spellcast section to begin with, so this just removes the headache of trying to moderate and move topics with no dedicated moderators.  For example, just look at how many people are clearly not reading the support sticky and are using the forum to post bug reports.
