I've asked this twice now, and still havent gotten a direct answer.. I try downloading plugins.. and this is what happens:

Your firewall is blocking it. Which antivirus/firewall do you use?
To be clear, there is absolutely nothing we can do to fix this for you. It is not a problem with the launcher. It is a problem with the other programs running on your computer.

Turned off every firewall/Virus scan/Virus protector.. Everything, and still the same problem.

Honestly, no idea. This is too weird. Does it happen on other machines on the same network, if you have any? Can try it without installing FFXI even, if you have another machine lying around.

My brother and I just came back to the game 2 weeks ago, Downloaded the Windower, Both using the same network. Neither of us can get it to work. Freezes at same spot. Also addons dont work either.

Tried again, a couple things download, such as Timestamp, Plastic Surgeon.. but the ones I want.. stop at 75% ..

Infobar crashes my windower 4.0, it's better off without it for me.
