I couldn't find anything about this on the forums, if there already is a topic for it I apologize.
I was about to log into my characters when suddenly one of my characters had a Japanese name.
I was not able to log in with it.
My main character also for some reason had 2 entries in my POL and one was missing.
I tried deleting the Japanese one to reregister it and then suddenly all my characters was gone cept for one and the names had changed to GUEST.
(I had 3 accounts registered as GUEST and they were all the same account.)
Now I got an empty one and a japanese one. See picture.
Any idea what happened here and if I can do anything to prevent this from happening again?

It's asking me for a password so I can't delete the account.
