Windower4 crashed when switching to POL

Hello,

if I click in the Windower4 on the arrow button the program always crashes after a short load time with the following crashlog entry.

It´s a fresh installed Windows 10 Pro with all patches till now.
Tested: disable AV, windower4 developer build, div. compatibilitymodes...
