Windower4 will not update

I used a fresh install of windower4 because it is a new PC and i've done everything I can think of to get it working. Nothing I tried would get the program working. It wouldn't update, and my hook version was 0.0.0.0. I used an external hard drive to pull the "working" version i had from my old pc. It is currently at version 4.2.13.11. How can I setup windower to update?

And I fixed my own issue. Was my anti virus causing all the mayhem. sorry can close/delete this thread
