White screen at windower launch windows 10

      i cant seem to get windower4 to work on windows 10 i have tryed to disable the accelerater like the guide on here says and it doesn absolutly nothing can anyone help please

        i am having this problem too. the start up is all white. the buttons seem to be "there" as i can click the upper right corner to get it to close and when i hover my mouse over it in the task bar the preview shows it normally but the window itself is all white. would really like a fix for this.
