Gearswap Issues

So recently, gearswap has been acting strangely. Example, when I ws, it will equip my ws set but then it wont change back to my tp set. Or sometimes when i engauge it will equip most of my tp set but not all of it. Any idea why this may be occruing, it's also happening to a friend of mine as well.
