problem after the windower update

after your last update, every time i load 2 PC on FF11 my fram rate sems to go down to 5.4 fps

what i have notice is that 

distance-timestamp-tparty plugins get a error weather they r on or off the msg, reads as follows

distance-timestamp-tparty - encounter a fatal errorand must be terminated. Error: Access violation in IncomeingChunck method

Plugin successfully unloaded

I turn them off but get the same message

and i have reloaded windower4   but still get the same message,

please help

Are you using the plugin version of those? if you are using the plugin version, they were deprecated long time ago, so replace them with the addon version.
