Super simple

takes what you currently have equipped, and makes a windower macro to equip it

and i named it easymac bc i was hungry ><

when a slot is empty it gives me
input /equip slot " "
not that it's a problem (i think) just thought i'd point it out..

any chance this could be set to spit out xml instead of windower macro for spellcast?

Something i'm sure ace could do easily, and another idea to add onto it:

"Start new group"
Change to set, Give a set a primary name, and a sub name.
Then save primary enfeebling sub int.

Change to mnd enfeeb, same deal.

Change to nukes, elemental magic skill based, save as 'nukes sub skill' then nukes max dmg etc...

Then use the primary groups to compare each set, and anything they share use as a base set.

then it spit out a full group section of xml.

I hit "Make Macro" and have no idea where the macro is created at, I can't find it at all

same place the exe is it will make a .txt file called whateveryounamedit.txt
