Recast updated to 1.4 - 1.3 was short lived due to small bugs found.

Please be sure you are using 1.4

THE FILE PROPERTIES VERSION IS INCORRECT!!! IT IS 1.4!

Updated to 1.5 for update to resources to fix BST abilities, DNC flourishes, and other known problems

Also updated that file properties so people will stop asking why it says 1.2 >_>

Updated to 1.6 including final missing PUP abilities and should be completely fixed in terms of incorrect data.

1.7 beta is out, we need testing and finding of the new abilities/spells Index #'s

edit Recast.ini to say ShowIndex=1 to get index #'s
