ffxi crash at plugins load

i need help, my FFXI crashes when i press play in windower and the plugins are loading, appears a windows with the next message: "Warning: Yout language could not be detected for the EU client. Please return to POL and specify the languaje again so it can be written to the registry. Defaulting to english". what can i do? i tryed with old windower, but i think that it doesn't work.

i'm using windows 7

If yes, can you try executing one of the following commands and tell me what's the output?

1. press Start
2. type "cmd"
3. press Enter
4. based on your OS version, type/paste the correct line; the first one is for 32bit and the other one for 64bit:
   REG QUERY HKLM\SOFTWARE\PlayOnlineEU\SquareEnix\PlayOnlineViewer\Settings /v Language
   REG QUERY HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PlayOnlineEU\SquareEnix\PlayOnlineViewer\Settings /v Language
