It appears that Phantom Roll buff duration is not accounting for merits and +2 hat duration increase. Is there a setting that can be changed or other way to add the extra time?

Timers does not support merits on 4.0. It should be supporting them on 4.1.

still having the same issues, every corsair that I know that is using Timers is having the same issue, any hints as to a fix would be greatly appreaciated.
