Hello! I searched around and didn't find anything relating to my issue, so i'm sorry if this is a known issue and I didn't see it.
Anyways, after downloading and installing windower, it doesn't seem to launch properly. After clicking the icon to launch it, the small green rectangle that says Windower 4 pops up for a second, then a big white rectangular box pops up(where the program is supposed to be), but the application actually never starts. I've waited for quite a while, but it never launches. This is what I'm seeing on my screen:
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program a few times, but no luck, same issue every time. I've also tried turning off all UAC just in case that could be interfering, but no change.
By the way, FFXI runs perfectly fine on this laptop.
Also, this machine is running windows 8.1. I have another laptop that runs Windows 7, so I tried installing Windower for troubleshooting purposes, and it worked perfectly fine on that Windows 7 laptop.
Anyone seen an issue like this, or have any suggestions? Thanks for the time I would much rather play FFXI on this laptop as my other one has a cracked screen! Haha thanks again.
