Has the recent FFXI update, the recent Windows 8 update, or the current version of nVidia drivers caused anyone to see a "Module not found" error when attempting to load Windower plugins?

At some point this week, all of my plugins stopped working.  I did a clean install of Windows 8 x64 and updated all available drivers, but I'm still seeing the same error.

Has this surfaced for anyone else this week?

I used driver version 314.22 following the clean install (that thread seems to blame the 320 series driers), and the issue is still happening to me.

Wiped again, used 314.22 again, and this time, it worked.  Only difference is I'm using newer wireless card drivers.  Thanks for the fast response.
