Exp Watch

Im installing now the windower 4 but im missing the Exp Watch app in the Plugin list and cant found here too

It's called Attainment. There's also a new Lua addon called Pointwatch that does that, but that's only available on the dev build of Windower for now, but it should be pushed live within the week.

Will PointWatch or Attainment include functionality for the new Capacity and Job Points?

PointWatch already does CP/JP.

This is because Attainment relies on several zone-specific message ids, which change every update and haven't been updated lately. I will eventually incorporate this functionality into Pointwatch, but I'm going to include it in the settings file so that people can adjust them and I don't have to mess with it!

How do you use Point Watch this to track sparks from RoE?

Pointwatch uses a user-adjustable line of Lua code to determine what it displays in its text box. The ReadMe file explains what all the various variable options for that line are, and the one that you want is sparks.current.
