Booted

I am not sure what is causing this problem I am having, I do not get a crash report (unless there is some place where I can look) or anything when it happens, and am just wondering if anyone has had this same problem before and what the solution might be.....while I am playing the game, I randomly get the error "playonline viewer has encountered an error and must close" and it gice me only the option of "close program" I then get booted from game and have to restart game.

where do I find a crash dump, when this happens it does not give me any info or anything about why or what caused it to happen, just gives me a button that says "close program"

I have noticed though that when I alt + tab to open brower it sometimes makes this happen also.

Getting the same issues, even when I check other toons I crash. Just started to do that today. I download the crash dump program, but can not open it. what to do.....

I play through windwer so I can also use a browser to look at wiki at same time, but it seems here recently since the past couple updates, when I use my browser (foxfire) I am booted from the game with "playonline encountered an error and must close" there isnt any reason or option to see what caused it......playing on one computer and having to look stuff up on another...is a pain in the ass.Only happens if I play through windower.

Yah, still having the same problem mostly in Adoulin stay on for 20 secs then dc... 

do you get a button for it to show a crash report of what causes it? Mine does this no matter where I go ... what I am doing,and just had it happen to me and hadnt used browser all day...I do not know what is causing it..but I know I am getting tired of it

played yesterday without windower and didnt get booted once...so whatever is causing the playonline viewer to stop working, has something to do with windower, its the only time it happens

I have deleted windower, everytime I use it I get booted from game and I am sick of it..I no longer have any use for it

Ok, curious, Have you tried loading windower without any addons loaded? Addons such as infobar or so. Could be something messing up in an area, which case would be good to know if it still does it without any addons loaded.

I dont use any add ons but use some plugins, actually I noticed that there were words in my plugins that are underlined in blue which could mean maybe there is a malware virus on my computer...and I do not know how I would get that...I have avast and it should have detected that....I deleted my windower, but it is fully not deleted I need to find out how to totally wipe it from my computer, so I can reload it.

Words underlined in blue? How do you mean that?

Also, Windower does nothing outside of its folder. If you delete the Windower folder it'll all be gone.

ok I will try reloading it and see what happens....before I deleted it, it had words that had 2 blue lines under words and when I put cursor over them a window with an addwould come up

have reloaded windower and been playing since last message, no add ons are on and no plugins are on and so far havent been booted, tomorrow I will add 1 plugin at a time and see what happens, and will repost results

I have no idea what you mean by blue lines. In the launcher? In the directory?

in the launcher, when I loaded it this last time the blue lines are gone..if I see them again I will try and do a screen shot and post

Well had the following plug-ins loaded and got booted: Attainment, Infobar,Status Timer and Timestamp ...was online about 6 hrs when I got booted, last night I played for about 4 hrs with no plugins or add ons and never got booted

Well new update on game and it is worse than before, logged in with 2 plugins loaded and got booted when I went out of moghouse, so I tried playing through windower again without any plugins and when I went to warp, got booted again.....I give up using windower!!!
